Organic Business Consultancy
Gaye provides a solution-focused consultancy service for organic businesses and farmers. Using either a one-to-one or group setting, she works in a highly supportive and diagnostic way to enhance communication, productivity, public relations and profitability in businesses and projects within the organic and environmental sectors. Gaye uses a systemic approach in her consultancy to shed light on both visible and invisible issues that may be blocking or simply hampering efficiency and workplace satisfaction.
Gaye has been closely involved in the organic movement since 1985. She was Director of Public Affairs for the Soil Association, leaving in 1993 to set up and run a successful and award-winning organic farm and herb trading business.
Gaye Donaldson and her husband Mike Brook were the winners of the prestigious Heart in Business Award in 2003. The award was given in recognition of their long-standing service to the organic sector.
